Build your perfect hosomaki (small roll) or uramaki (inside-out roll), starting with a base of seasoned sushi rice or brown rice. Fill with your choice of proteins and fillings, then top with unlimited sauces and toppings.

Start with a base of sushi rice, brown rice, or local greens. Top with your favorite proteins and fillings, then finish with your choice of unlimited sauces and toppings.
